IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: ALWAYS TEST FIRST!
These settings are general guidelines and starting points. Results can vary based on your specific heat press, ink, paper, blank manufacturer, and environmental conditions. ALWAYS perform a test press on a scrap piece before committing to a full production run.

General Tips for All Heat Pressing
- Pre-Press: Always pre-press garments for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
- Protective Paper: Use protective paper (like parchment or Teflon) above and below your item to prevent ink bleed-through.
- Mirror Image Rule: Most sublimation requires mirroring the image. Most standard HTV does not. Always double-check your material's instructions!
- Even Pressure: Ensure your press applies even pressure. If it's uneven, your transfers will be inconsistent.
- Test, Test, Test: Always test on a scrap piece first. This is the most important rule!
- Environment Matters: High humidity can affect results. Store your paper and blanks in a dry place.
